Obtain an associate degree (or higher) from an accredited institution.

Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems in fast-paced settings.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this vital role, you will work closely with classroom teachers and Intervention Teacher to support students who need extra help to succeed. Your primary focus will be on providing tailored assistance and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.

ABOUT THE JOB

You will work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with diverse needs.

This may involve designing and delivering customized lesson plans, conducting assessments, and participating in regular progress monitoring.

  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized education plans for students

  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness for each

  • Help design and deliver customized lessons and interventions to support student growth

  • Participate in regular progress monitoring and reporting to communicate student progress to parents and guardians

WAGES: Per RFT contract
